I’m a psychology graduate turned influencer wannabe, who had previously considered a career in animal medicine, dreamed of being an actress, turned down law, tried to be a basketball player, and for a brief moment in time, thought being a groupie sounded promising.

Hi, I’m Aga and I have ADHD.

If you’ve ever been unmedicated, told you are lazy, had no idea what you’re doing or felt pressure from society to pick one dream in a world of possibilities – this place is for you.

Since I was a teen, I struggled with following instructions or cooking in general. It was completely insane to me how people found the time to make gorgeous five star meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner while working and keeping up with life when doing laundry was a struggle for me.

So, instead of trying to change the way my brain is wired, I decided to find a way to connect with it.

And hopefully make help you do it too.
